Anti tumor drug methotrexate, Ling is a bifunctional molecule is not only a drug istargeting molecules, recent studies indicate that the target molecule and folic acidare similar. With methotrexate, Ling and folic acid chitosan nanoparticles modifiedby polyethylene glycol modified, using in vivo fluorescence, confocal microscopy and flow cytometry experiments demonstrate for the first time the target about 1.7 times stronger than folic acid, may be to design dual drug carrier targeting antitumordrug delivery system.
